Refund & Quality Assurance Policy

We aim to deliver watches exactly as described and shown in our advertisements.

Damage Policy:
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof at diamondwatches100@gmail.com.

Quality-Based Refund (Limited):
Quality-related refunds are only applicable to watches where specific quality claims or brand comparisons (such as Patek Philippeโ€“level finishing or detailing) were explicitly discussed or shown in the advertisement at the time of purchase.

For all other watches, slight variations in finishing, color, or feel are considered normal and do not qualify for a quality-based refund.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be offered based on availability.

  • Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or expectations beyond what was stated in the ad.

  • The product must be unused and unaltered.

  • Return shipping is covered by us only in verified damage or approved quality-claim cases.
